Burger Rating 4.6

Dining Accomplices – Little Steph, Roy, Lady Donna, Miss Jess

We started the meal with some delicious crumbed mushrooms in garlic aoli. The others really enjoyed the buffalo chicken wings and said they were beyond tasty.

The mains were a bit of a dissapointment.

The burger looked generous but was not a pleasure to eat.  The onion chutney was sickly sweet.  The burger was like a big stale rissole that tasted like it had been microwaved. It was overcooked, dry, and unpleasant to eat.

However, A good old fashioned parmesan and herb crumbed Weiner schnitzel with Mum’s terrific potato salad was great.  Crispy on the outide, juicy on the inside.

Jess’s steak was tough and tasteless.

It was a quiet Tuesday night but that’s no excuse for the quality of the food.  So all in all, whilst the company was exceptional – the food certainly was not.
